Registration Information & Instructions

To register on-line:

View the Course Schedule of available courses.
Click on the course name on the date that corresponds to your date of availability.
Review the details about the course and the instructor.
Click on the "Register" button. You will be redirected to our payment processing page to complete the registration.
A confirmation will be e-mailed to you at the email address used during the registration process.
If you have the Registration Code of the training session you want to register for, you may also register online by entering the Registration Code.
Your registration and personal information will remain confidential with us. Review our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Call us at 301-395-4214 during 9:00 a.m. (ET) to 5:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Your information will be placed on hold until your payment has been received and processed.
Payment must be received to secure your spot in the class.

Cancellations and refunds are applied to each participant.
All cancellations must include the Registration Code.
Cancellations must be received in writing or by email (SafetyFirstDMV@gmail.com) at least 72 business hours before the start of the training session.
Cancellations received at least 72 business hours before the start of the training session will receive a full refund less a $20.00 registration fee.
Cancellations received within 72 business hours of the start of the training session will be refunded 50% of the course price less a $20.00 registration fee.
The full course price will be charged to participants that did not attend and participants that cancelled on the day of training.
